What ParkStay stores

ParkStay Watch stores the account information you provide, your hotel searches, favorites, alerts, notification history, and notification delivery settings. Passwords are hashed. Sensitive notification destinations are encrypted at rest.

How the information is used

This information is used only to operate the hotel search, availability monitoring, and notification features you request. ParkStay does not sell personal information.

Google Maps walking routes

When live walking times are enabled, ParkStay sends a selected hotel's name and Anaheim location plus the fixed Disneyland entrance and Din Tai Fung destinations to the Google Maps Platform Routes API. ParkStay does not send your current or precise location and does not permanently store Google route results. Google processes these requests under the Google Privacy Policy.

Other service providers

Railway hosts the application and database. Optional email, Telegram, Pushover, webhook, and browser-push providers receive only the information needed to deliver notifications you configure.

Retention and choices

Your account data remains available while the service is operating. You can delete alerts, saved searches, and notification history from the application. Contact the site administrator to request account-data access or deletion.
